Part of the filming of this film took place in Madrid, in the pine forest of San Lorenzo de El Escorial. It is an architecturally designed house that was created with the idea of being a refuge among the forest. The house had a budget of 1.25 million euros for its construction between 2018 and 2020 in order to achieve perfect integration with nature. They were looking for a location reminiscent of the lush forests of Woodstock, in New York State, so the forests of El Escorial were the perfect location choice for their contemporary drama.
