A Characterful 1950s Home with Contemporary Design in Madrid

A renovated 1950s detached house that combines its original architecture with a distinctive contemporary design. The property stands out for its open, light-filled spaces, neutral-toned walls, exposed ceiling beams, and a carefully curated mix of materials, textures, and vibrant colours.

The interior is centred around a welcoming living room featuring a built-in green sofa, vintage furniture, artwork, and decorative objects with a sense of history. The original mosaic flooring, staircase with a red handrail, and colourful accents give the house a strong visual identity. Meanwhile, the terracotta-toned kitchen, dining area furnished with bespoke designer pieces, and bedrooms with distinctive finishes offer a variety of settings within the same property.

The house also features a porch with original wooden joinery and a small outdoor garden, expanding the possibilities for filming. The combination of natural light, quality materials, reclaimed furniture, and eclectic décor creates an intimate, warm, and sophisticated atmosphere, ideal for productions seeking a lived-in, creative home that stands apart from conventional interiors.

A versatile filming location, rich in architectural and decorative details, offering the opportunity to create a variety of narrative settings while maintaining a consistent visual identity throughout the space.
