The architecture is articulated through a clear volumetric strategy that organizes the exterior spaces, creating a precise spatial relationship between the existing house, the new extension and the swimming pool. The composition generates a spatial triangulation that separates public and intimate areas, carefully responding to solar orientation, views, topography and existing vegetation.

The house is defined by two primary architectural systems: structural walls and vaults, which give the project strength, rhythm and human scale. Modulation, construction detailing and materiality create a sober yet warm and distinctly contemporary atmosphere.
