Cozy Canarian house surrounded by nature with large garden and pool

It is located in the protected landscape of Pino Santo, near the town of La Milagrosa, Gran Canaria. The house was built in the early 1900s, and restored, it is a faithful example of the type of rural architecture of the time. It is arranged in the shape of an L, on one floor, and invites you to discover elements, now disused, of Canarian rural architecture, wooden gabled ceilings, 3 spacious and comfortable rooms that revolve around a south-facing porch to protect yourself from the trade winds, while retaining the charm of yesteryear. The kitchen is integrated and open to the living room with views of the garden and the mountains. The farm in which the rural house is located, consists of 2,400 square meters of land, divided into two parts, an agricultural area and a large garden with a swimming pool.
