Typical Canarian rural building from the late eighteenth century, cataloged as Historical Heritage of Lanzarote and within a farm of more than 10,000m2 .. The rehabilitation was carried out in 1998, it was carried out with special emphasis on the old and new remaining in total harmony. All the architectural elements, furniture, paintings from past generations and decorative objects were kept.
