The facility includes a 50-meter Olympic swimming pool, a second 25-meter pool, and a smaller spa-style pool. The scale and layout of the installations allow for wide cinematic shots, high-performance sports scenes or more intimate sequences in an aquatic setting.

Exclusive use of the swimming pools is subject to coordination with regular users. However, exclusive access is available on weekends from 3:30 PM onwards and throughout public holidays, allowing greater flexibility for larger-scale productions.

In addition to the pools, the complex features corridors, stands, auxiliary rooms and a smaller gym, which can be used with greater scheduling flexibility for exclusive productions.
